Cancellation policy

We process orders quickly to get your gear to you as fast as possible. Because of this, our cancellation windows are strict. Please review the specific cancellation rules below based on the type of order you placed.

1. Standard Order Cancellations If you need to cancel a standard order, you must contact us at info@exitwatersports.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we can no longer cancel it. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and follow our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. Pre-Orders If you purchased an item on Pre-order, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, the pre-order cannot be cancelled and falls under our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Subscriptions (If Applicable) If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription, you can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
  • If you cancel after your payment has been processed for the month, your cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle, and the current order will still ship.
