Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy for your region below.
Return Shipping Costs (All Regions) Regardless of your location, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide free return shipping labels for change-of-mind returns.
1. For Customers in the US & Rest of World
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Restocking Fee: To cover the labor of inspecting and processing returned items, a standard $15.00 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Original Shipping: Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item shipped for "Free" under a conditional promotion, our standard shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund alongside the restocking fee.
- Exchanges: If you choose to exchange your item or take Store Credit instead of a cash refund, we will gladly waive the $15.00 restocking fee!
2. For Customers in the EU & UK (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions: Please note that there are some legal exceptions to the right to withdraw (such as unsealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons), and some items can therefore not be returned.
